G.C. Di Renzo is full professor lecturing in “Machines and plants for agro-industry processing”. He is expert in the field of the machinery and plants for the handling and transformation of the agricultural products and foodstuffs with expertise in project and setup of plant for the storage, cooling and freezing of agricultural foodstuffs.
G. Altieri is associate professor lecturing in “Automation and Control of the Agro-food Industry Processes” and “Food engineering: principles of machines and plants for the agro-food industry”. He is a specialist in design and setup of on-line control systems for the storage, cooling and freezing of agricultural foodstuffs and in the use of spectra multilinear analysis to optimize and control the agro-food processes.
F. Genovese is assistant professor lecturing in “Machines and plants for agro-industry processing”. He is expert in layout and design of food-industry processing plants, food processing optimization, effectiveness and quality control assurance.
L. Scarano is a technician of MAC-Lab. He is expert in building and testing of refrigerating and food industry plants.
A. Tauriello is an external collaborator, with a degree in Food Science and Technology and PhD in “Food Engineering”. She is expert in food and process control of agro-food industry processes and quality monitoring and assurance.
